Brittany Robertson - Camp Cook Chef

Cow Camp Catering was originally founded by Jim and Mary Yearsley in 2002. When Jim unexpectedly pass away in 2020, Mary worked hard to keep his legacy alive. During this trying time, Brittany joined ranks with Cow Camp, worked side-by-side with Mary and learned all their award winning recipes and techniques. In January 2022, Brittany purchased Cow Camp Catering from Mary Yearsley and is excited to carry on their legacy. You will not be disappointed.
Brittany has had a life long passion for the outdoors, Dutch-oven cooking, and the country life. When she met Jim and Mary, this was exactly what she was looking for. When Mary decided to sell the company, it was only right that Brittany take over.
Brittany and her husband, Jeff live in Mount Pleasant, Utah, and have 3 beautiful children who work right along side her.
